You needn’t shout.

If you have purchased an Apple device that is secured with a passcode - and you don’t have the passcode - you will not be able to access the device, EVER. Unless the original owner can remove the Activation Lock, you have purchased an ornament that is otherwise useless to you.

Apple can not - and will not - help you.
