iphone 5se wont turn on
can anyone help me figure out why my phone went from working totally fine one second to the next being totally dead... like dead dead.

Probably a hardware failure. Trying connecting it to a wall charger for at least 30 minutes and while it is on the charger do a forced restart. Try several times. If it does not work click on the Contact Support link on the top right of this page to start the service process.
