2 times per month iTunes charge my CC for family subscription 7.99 usd

Hi! Me and my daughter use iTunes to listen music. I bought family subscription in November for 7.99 Usd. And second month iTunes charge me 2 times per month for 7.99 usd. Can you check what’s wrong.

No we can't, we are fellow users and don't have access to your account - and you shouldn't post images containing email addresses on a public forum.


Were both charges successful ? If they were, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the accoun)
