My Iphone is Stuck on ios 12.4.4 what do i do

Your phone isn't stuck on iOS 12, an iPhone 6 (or 6 Plus) is too old (over 5 years) and lacks the necessary hardware for iOS 13. It cannot support it, the latest version compatible with the 6 / 6 Plus is 12.4.4.

iOS 13 is supported on the 6s / SE and newer.

Either you actually have an iPhone 6 or you had/have the iOS 12 beta profile on your phone.

In Settings>General>About, what's listed for model?

Yes, I’m having the same issue and I’m an iPhone 6

and no, not in the beta. Sometimes, I’m not even seeing profile when I look under general and then sometimes it’s there. So weird.

See my other reply. The 6 doesn't support iOS 13, you would need a newer iPhone that is able to run iOS 13.
