If you synced those photos to iCloud using iCloud Photos, there's no need to transfer them. Accessing iCloud on the new iPhone, they should be automatically transfered.

If you did not use iCloud Photos, they should be in a backup on iTunes. Restore frome that backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
