Why aren’t my apps connecting to Apple TV app on my fire stick.

The Apple TV app doesn’t function like that on 3rd party devices (as apps themselves are sandboxed, and any connections between apps have to be regulated through the OS level).

Hello, I’m unable to connect apps such as Hulu on my fire stick. It works on my phone but says I haven’t purchased. It gives me “how to watch” when I try watching content as if I don’t have those subscriptions. Please help
