I do not know why fall detection is not an option that I can toggle in the emergency sos tab of the Apple Watch settings app on my iPhone. I have a series 5 and should have fall detection but it just isn’t in the settings.
See that’s where I have an issue because the fall detection feature is just NOT in the settings. If I follow all steps shown in the link you just provided it does not apply to my watch because fall detection is just not there.
