So for christmas i decided to use my money on my very first iphone which was an iphone 6s, and i was really excited until i powered it up and it said there was an activation lock. When i asked the person who sold it they blocked me so i assume she stole it. Can someone please help me.

you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless.
