I forget my Icloud password how can I reset it

I cannot remember my Icloud password take my backed up data from my present phone to my new iphone the easy way. Can someone help me and tell me how I can reset my Icloud password?

iCloud uses your Apple ID and password. If you only have one Apple ID, it would be the same ID and password as you used to log into this forum. If you have another and have forgotten the password, see the following:
