While setting up my dads iPhone 7 I made the text too large and now can’t type in the passcode - how can I make it smaller or get it to allow me to sign in so I can get to settings to make it smaller?

Try double tapping the iPhone screen with three fingers.
That didn’t work - any other ideas?
Reboot the phone:
On iPhone 7 Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go.
