My iPad and I phone aren’t sync right I can not send or receive every text message that my I phone can. Especially if the text is from a phone is not an I phone How can I sync

My I pad can’t send or receive texts from a phone that’s not an I phone. My I pad is ios13.3. I phone 6 plus

Hello,

Please verify that Messages is enabled on both your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Tap your account > iCloud.

Please verify that iMessage is enabled on your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Messages.

Please verify that Text Message forwarding is enabled on your iPhone in Settings > Messages.
