I got a new iPad Pro and deleted everything on it. Forgetting it was linked to my phone and now all my photos are gone. I erased my phone and reinstalled a back up from the cloud but it’s not putting my photos back. I just need my photos. :(

If you were using iCloud photos, log into iCloud on the computer and see if there is a recently deleted folder in Photos. If there isn't, there is no way to restore the photos, they are gone.
