frozen watch
I’ve tried restarting my apple watch a couple times but it’s still frozen on the apple logo and I’m not sure what else to do to get it to actually turn on.

How were you trying to restart it? Try to press and hold the Digital Crown and power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch should reboot.
