Macbook Air Both Black & White Screen with Vertical Lines??

My Macbook Air has always been in perfect condition and has never had any water spills nor have I dropped it. However, I opened it to this today??? Ive tried doing the resetting methods that came up when the issue was googled but neither SMC or the NVRAM worked. Please help!!

Hi,

I suppose it's a hardware related issue, probably LCD or backlight is something wrong.

You should contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Air to Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.

You would need to replace LCD or backlight.
