Don,t know passcode

HI i had setup the parenting control and then my son got in to it and after that we can not get in to the passcode agian and we tried all the code and didnt work . so thinking will go the reset all but when we try to reset asked for id password and i knew and then they still asking for passcode that i dont know . how i can beable to reset or get in to the ipad agian. i had set can not go to youtube and internet but i want to redo beable to go in to internet please

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.

Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You don’t know the Restrictions passcode.

Therefore, you must erase the iPad and set it up as new. Restoring from a backup would reinstate the unknown passcode, so do not do that.
