HDCP issue on my MBP2018

I just paid for and downloaded ‘Joker’ through TV on my MacBook Pro 2018. When I try to play it, it says ‘This movie can be played only on displays that support HDCP... ‘ See image below.

I’m not connecting to any external displays. I just want to watch on my laptop. Anyone know how I watch the movie I paid for and downloaded legally??? FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED!!!

That shouldn’t happen normally.

Is this happening with one title, or all iTunes Store titles?

Check if you have screen recording software active, or remote desktop software, then turn that off/deactivate it during viewing.
