Factory reset Apple watch

I bought a series 2 Apple Watch and can not factory reset it, due to it still being attached to previous owners Apple ID. Please help

You will need the previous owner to remove the Activation Lock from the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner, then you will not be able to activate and pair the Watch. Contact the seller and if they cannot help, return it for a refund. You cannot bypass Activation Lock.
