Apple watch won't pair with BackBeat fit 2100

Apple watch will not pair with headphones. It just keeps searching for devices. My iphone has no problem finding and pairing with my headphones. What should I do?

did you place the headset into pairing mode before trying one has to do that the first time one connects to a headset


also make sure it does not have an active connection with the iphone at the time of pairing
