Hi can I do update my iPad 10.3.3 how can I do

the question is how can I do update my old iPad I can not down nothing to the new apps .

my iPad said I need other version or new update...

You cannot. If your iPad is stuck on 10.3.3, you have the 4th generation iPad from 2012, and that model is very old and has aging hardware which simply cannot support anything newer, which also affects the ability to download apps by now.

Time for a new device, they start at 249$ now.
