Low sound/ muffled
i have restarted my iPhone and did reset all settings. Still very low and muffled sound.

See this:
1) If you have a case on your phone, remove it and try again
2) Clean it: Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support
3) Settings: Go to Settings > Sound & Haptics. Change the "Text Tone" to a different sound. Does it make a sound? Loud enough?
4) Speakers: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
