How do i get oney back for an unreceived in app purchase? Or get my purchase?

If the purchase shows as successfully paid on the iTunes account's purchase history contact the game's developers. If they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
