Hi, I got a new iPhone6s+ a few weeks ago. Is there a way to increase the volume for incoming and outgoing phone calls?

‘Refurbished’? for Straight Talk at Walmart. They will not take it back after two weeks. That time has passed. Can you tell me if there is a way to control the volume On the incoming and outgoing phone calls? Thanks again!
I assume you've tried the volume buttons on the side of the phone?
If they're not working, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store.
There is no such thing as a "new" 6s+ any more. It was discontinued quite some time ago.
Take it back.
