microsoft word update

How do I get Microsoft to update their apps for word, outlook etc from 32 bit to 64.

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15

They already did, but only Office 2016 or newer has the 64-bit versions.

You contact Microsoft and get a 64 bit version of Office.
