Apple is charge me for 3 months apple care 14.99 for a phone that was returned to Apple !!!!!

This purchase was all at the same time of the process

sept 26 of 2019 was the first charge!!!
AT the time I went to the store the sell person talk me that everything will be refund to my credit card
today I check the statement and surprise 3 payment of 14.99 for equipment I
don't have

Well, if you use that link you can probably resolve your problem. If not, call AppleCare and tell them your issue.
You have to cancel the Applecare separately - it was a separate purchase.
And, what "equipment" are you being charged for?
You best call Apple.
We are all other users and cannot help with account or billing problems - you need to contact Apple.
