If using iCloud you can transfer all notes, if using Airdrop you can transfer one at a time.

1. Turn on AirDrop on iPhone and Mac.

2. Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection on iPhone and Mac. Please remain the two devices within about 30 feet to be discoverable with AirDrop.

3. Open the Notes app on your iPhone and open the one you want to sync to Mac.

4. Tap the Share button in the top right corner, tap AirDrop and choose your Mac device from the available list. Next, go to your Mac, and tap "Accept" on the pop-up window to save notes on your Mac. When the process finished, open "Notes" app on your Mac to check the synced files. Repeat step 3 & 4 if you have batches of notes to be transferred to Mac with AirDrop.
