Cable Problem?

Hi, recently purchased my 2019 entry level 13 inch macbook pro, having problems where it will not charge. Investigating a possible problem with the laptop I undertook various "fixes" online including resetting pram, smc etc but none have worked. Everything else on the laptop seems to work fine so I am wondering if this is a cable issue, and if it is how I can tackle this issue, will I need to buy a new cable? or will apple be able to replace it. Thanks

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Take your laptop, charger, and cables to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined. If the laptop is still under warranty, then any repair should be free as long (as there is no accidental damage).
