Everything says the free 1 year offer is supposed to be presented but it does not do that on my phone. I just bought the iPhone 11Pro about 2 hours ago! I signed in and out of my Apple ID, powered the phone on and off. Still nothing. I open the app and it is just the regular page. Is there some other way to get this offer?

Here’s how to redeem it:
Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.
Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
