iPad locked iCloud

I Bought another iPad for My sister just know and it turns out it’s iCloud lock and the guy I got it from won’t help what do I do. If you can help my phone number is here ****

If the iPad has been purchased, used, from a third party - and is Activation Locked - then only the person whose AppleID is associated with the Activation Lock can unlock it. If they won’t (or can’t) themselves remove the lock, then the device is useless to you.


Apple cannot and will not assist - and nobody here can help you.


Your only option is to recycle the iPad.
