Transfer calls from iPhone to iPad

Can I transfer calls from iPhone to iPad using mobile network ? I’d like to make calls on my iPads out of my house , any advice ? thanks

You can make calls on the iPad while out of the house, but you do need to have your iPhone with you and you have to be connected to a WiFi network.
