I purchased a ringtone. It shows up as purchased, is downloaded & will let me play it but it’s not listed under ringtones with my other ones, therefore I can’t select it as a ringtone.
Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics
See the option near the top to download all purchased tones.

I have done that & just did again but it still is not adding my ringtone to the list.
I have also tried turning my phone off & on but nothing is fixing the issue.
Tried force restarting, ringtone is still not listed under ringtones
