What does it mean “ important display message”? Unable to verify this IPhone has a genuine Apple display?

I bought used IPhone 11 and I had this notification ? Is that mean the display has changed ?

Yes, it means someone replaced the screen with a non-Apple display and you are trying to use TruTone or some other screen feature that the screen cannot do.
