Mail app not working properly on Catalina

Is my impression or Mail app isn't working as it should on Catalina?

First I have some problems with Exchange mail that haven't been addressed. However, and it addition to that, I think that sometimes it get stuck downloading email and it never download it. I don't know if it's due to my connection or what is really going on here.

Does anyone have this feeling too?
