Home sharing not showing in iTunes library

We have home sharing turned on for my husbands new iPad, but it’s not an option in the library.

See Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support. If you have a Mac running Catalina you need to enable Media Sharing in System Preferences.
