Hey everyone, this is my first time posting on here. I'm an avid and loyal mac user, over 12 years now. The past 12 months I've been unable to rename or add new folders. No matter what I do, change permissions etc , I keep receiving the following message. I am hoping someone might be able to help as I would like to rename and add new folders. TIA!

Thx for your response. I was actually able to figure it out. I spent almost an hour with chat and phone support and they couldn't even figure it out. After further playing around it was as silly as un-selecting the "lock" lol... Thx for your reply!

What version of macOS are you using? Where is this folder located on the system?
