there is an unknown subscription charge on my bill?

Check your Purchase history, it should identify it. Or you can use this to view and change subscriptions, View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. This may also help, Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to see what is being billed to your account. From there you can choose to cancel the subscription.
