I can't turn on my cellular data on some apps. It works on games, social medias, but except browser, reddit and some other apps. When I allow cellular data on a app and then turn it on it wont connect me and when I go back the list updates and turns off cellular data on that app.
It is pretty annoying at this point

Mine is doing the same thing, I’ve restarted my phone and network settings. I’m afraid to do a phone reset and lose everything for it not to work.
Hey, for me updating to the latest version of IOS fixed the problem. Let me know if that helped.
Updating to the latest IOS from 13 to 13.3 helped. Haven't updated due to lack of space, but after uninstalling apps and installing the newest IOS helped. Thank you so much.
