volume on airpods has decreased

my airpod volume has decreased significantly. Ive tried cleaning and have reset them a few times

Hello,

The symptoms seem to indicate that they need to be cleaned. You might try again:

If no help: I assume that you've adjusted the side volume buttons and the volume slider in the Control Center, correct? (had to ask) :-)

Note: some apps contain their own volume adjustments. Check for that.
