How can I plug my iPad 2 into the iTunes to reset its passcode

my iPad 2 is no longer supported so how can I plug it into the iTunes to reset its passcode to open it and put an app on it to use it for other purposes

Who says its not supported to plug into iTunes?


Just use the 30 pin to USB cable you use to charge it, and connect it to one of the USB ports on a computer running iTunes, and then follow the steps here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
