Icon Help

A new "icon" has appeared on my iphone that I'm struggling to identify. See below.


This icon appears where the time displays in the top left of the screen. Sometimes the time displays normally, sometimes with a blue background (similar to the below) and sometimes with the icon below. I seem to be getting this icon every 2-3 minutes.


I've tried turning off location services but I still get this. Also, I am not screen sharing and don't have mobile hotspot on.
