Cant receive mail

Stopped receiving email.


A screen displays CANNOT GET MAIL The mail server "imap.comcast.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings.


Does that refer to mail settings on Iphone or with Comcast?

That refers to the settings on the iPhone. The easiest way to remedy that is to delete the account from the iPhone, go to Settings>Passwords & Accounts, select the Comcast account, then select delete account. Power cycle the iPhone (off/on) and the go back to Passwords & Accounts and select Add Account, and put it back in there. It should automatically pick up the account and verify. You just need your Email address, username, and password for the Comcast account.
