My phone number and Apple ID are been used by someone else?
So I got this on my phone from Apple saying that my phone number and Apple ID are been used by a new IPad 5 and the only option I had is to push OK?
omg what do I do?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
