I have an Apple iPad. I am trying to sign into Facebook and Instagram and I keep getting “no internet connection” but I am sure I am connected to WiFi. Please help!

I have an Apple iPad. Trying to sign into facebook/instagram but keep getting “ no internet” connection although I am connected to the internet. Not happening on iPhone 11 but happening on my iPad. Please help!

Hello,


Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
