cellular update failed

I am getting the "cellular update failed" error. I have installed an update by connecting the phone to iTunes but still continue to see this error. What steps do I need to take?

See here......If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support

Also this...Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

And/Or...If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
