Can I watch Apple TV on my Samsung LG smart tv?

If your TV supports the Apple TV application then you can watch Apple TV content directly on your TV. If not, then you will need to purchase a physical Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD to connect to your TV.

LG and Samsung are entirely separate vendors, when last I checked.

Apple TV (as differentiated from Apple TV+ subscriptions) definitely does work with at least some LG QLED OLED TV models.

If you try this, absolutely ensure you have the current LG firmware loaded, and there can be some settings in the LG that need to be tweaked. Prior to the firmware update, the HDMI input on one LG QLED I was working with was definitely not working.

You will need to see if your model LG supports Apple TV, we cannot help you with that.
