Black and White screen on iPhone 11

Screen has randomly gone black and white. Common fixes found seem to be to ensure that "colour filter" is turned off in settings, which mine is.

Any ideas?

Fixed it. For those with same issue, try Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom > Zoom Filter and then select None, or remove greyscale.
