My bluetooth and Wi-Fi buttons are greyed out and can't be turned on.

Wi-Fi button is greyed out and can't be turned on. Has anyone experienced this before? If yes, were you able to fix it?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

Thank you for your prompt reply. I went to an Apple store last night, and they said it a hardware failure. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. So I might just turn my phone in as partial payment towards a newer one.

Try restoring the iPhone to a current backup. Understand however, that both of those features run off the same chip on the iPhone and their dual failure is generally indicative of a hardware fault. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store and have the hardware examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there.

You're welcome. Sorry to hear of the failure, but that is how it can go. The iPhone 7 is a 4-year old device, and that can be considered old in technology years. Good luck with your device decision.
