My bluetooth and Wi-Fi buttons are greyed out and can't be turned on.

Wi-Fi button is greyed out and can't be turned on. Has anyone experienced this before? If yes, were you able to fix it?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I went to an Apple store last night, and they said it a hardware failure. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. So I might just turn my phone in as partial payment towards a newer one.

Try restoring the iPhone to a current backup. Understand however, that both of those features run off the same chip on the iPhone and their dual failure is generally indicative of a hardware fault. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store and have the hardware examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there.
