Got apple tv free for a year but don’t come up on menu screen

I have free apple tv for a year through my broadband but it doesn’t show up on the menu screen?

Apple's offer is only for new purchases, done after Sept 10. If you have an offer presented through your ISP then that would probably have a different way of claiming and you would need to consult with them.
