Free year of Apple TV+ failed to work?

I signed up on my phone for a free year of Apple TV+ with my new iPhone 11, but when I tried to set it up on my TV it reverted to a one week free trial?

If you’ve done as instructed and it didn’t bring up the one year you can Contact Support


  • Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.


Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.

The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.

Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free.
