No matter what else is going on, the first thing you need to do is call your bank and cancel that card.
You just posted all of your credit card info on the public Internet for millions of people to see.
Not a good idea to post your credit card number where billions of people can see it in this public forum.
Payment Declined means your issuer refused to honor the card. You need to contact them.
