My phone keeps going to voicemail I checked in settings do not disturb and it is off please advise
How do I stop phone calls going directly to voicemail the do not disturb is turned off , I have an iPhone primacy 11

Go to Settings/Phone. Do you have Silence Unknown Callers turned on? If its on all calls from numbers not in your contacts will go to voicemail.
Another possibility is you have call forwarding enabled on your line.
